NDIS Support Coordination is a service designed to help you navigate the disability support system and get the most out of your NDIS plan.
Support Coordination involves coordinating and linking you with different service providers and supports available and ensuring that your plan is being implemented in the most effective way possible. This includes connecting you with the appropriate supports and providers, assisting with the preparation and implementation of your plan and monitoring the progress of your goals.

- your support budgets and the kinds of things you can use your funding for
- how your funding is managed
- what other requirements need to be met to access these supports such as when quotes might be required, what can or cannot be claimed, how much can be claimed, and when service bookings required.
- Requesting reviews or changes to your NDIS
- Linking you to other services that may be outside of the NDIS
