Plan and coordinate your supports

Once you have connected with a support coordinator, you and your support coordinator should meet to talk about the services that will be delivered.

Plan and Coordinate Your Supports

Support Coordinators act as a central point of contact for you and family by finding and coordinating services and advocating for your needs and preferences.

Your Support Coordinator will help you to negotiate with disability service providers about what they can offer you and how much it will cost out of your NDIS plan. They will also make sure that service agreements and service bookings are completed to help build your ability to exercise choice and control over your plan.

A Support Coordinator will assist you to optimise your plan to make sure that you are getting the most out of your federal government funded supports.
